During your consult
Our appointment slots allow enough time to thoroughly address one health concern or two minor health concerns. If you have more concerns, you want addressed, please either book a double appointment, which will incur a double cost or book a further appointment on a different day. Thank you.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of your consultation. If you are experiencing financial difficulties please discuss this with us before your consultation.
Test Results
- Patients will ONLY be notified if any results are ABNORMAL.
- Basic results can also be viewed on the patient portal (if you are not registered for this, speak to the reception team)
If you wish to know more about what your laboratory tests mean, try www.labtestsonline.org It is important however that all laboratory tests are interpreted in full clinical contest. Your GP is the best person to interpret these. Please book with your GP if you wish to discuss these further.
If you have any ongoing concerns about your health please do not hesitate to make an appointment with your GP to discuss this.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
It is now advised that you perform your own home RAT test if you suspect you have Covid-19. If you are unwell please call 03 389 9385 to arrange a consultation, or alternatively, Healthline on 0800 358 5453.
